How much do we charge for shipping?
Scooters:
Delivery and demonstration of all LandLex mobility scooters is FREE! We will deliver your mobility scooter to your home and carry out a full demonstration. We will then check over the scooter and take away the packaging. Once your order has been placed we will contact you shortly afterwards to arrange delivery.
I am disabled, how do I claim exemption from VAT when buying on this website?
All mobility scooters on our website are exempt from VAT. During the checkout process you will see a tick box for VAT which states the products being purchased are for your own use and you are claiming relief from VAT, please ensure you enter these details.
How is my payment processed?
When you buy from LandLex Scooters online, your payment is processed securely and quickly by PayPal. We do not have access to your credit card details at any time during the ordering process as this is handled by PayPal.
